This is some sort of vintage quack medical machine... It has all sorts of strange controls and adjustments and includes two glass tubs - both of which still function! Along with an "On-Off" switch, it has two other adjustment things which are unlabeled.
There is a hole in the upper right-hand corner that looks like it is threaded. Perhaps it had some sort of pilot light there? It also has 2 two-pronged plugs which are labeled "High Frequency" and "Diagnostic Lamp" and a third, 3-pronged plug labeled "Cautery".
