This caboose belonged to a bachelor who lived in it full-time for several years. He relocated and has decided to sell this fully outfitted caboose. This is the real thing, not a toy or just a building made to look like a caboose. This one actually ran the rail for many years.
When it was retired he bought it and converted it to his living quarters. It has cooking stove, refrigerator, AC, shower, kitchen sink, sleeping area, and water heater. It's wired for phone and electricity. It's plumbed for hot and cold water, sewage and gas.
