Ok, here’s the deal. I was a victim of predatory lending. I’m not saying it isn’t my fault, but I was definitely lead down the rosy path!
I am the third generation to live on this farm and this is my last shot to keep it. I understand this may seem a little weird, a gimmick if you will, but definitely not any sort of scam.
I want to be clear on what you are getting. I am selling off the farm in square feet, 1 inch thick. If you really want, I can box up and send you a one foot by one foot by one inch equivalent bag of good Minnesota black dirt for 99 cents plus shipping and handling or preferably you would leave it where it is and know you helped out a nice guy!
