Life is like a tube of tooth paste
Removed from the box
Unscrewed
Placed in an antiseptic place
felt daily
squeezed daily
tasted daily
but drained but drained
daily
until that firm soft
roundness disappears
and nothing remains
except a flattened
or
balled up covering
and this
unceremoniously
tossed in a
waste basket
