I am a certified Montessori Teacher who intends to put up a Preschool/Kindergarten Montessori Schoolhouse this Fall. Last year, my dream of being able to purchase a property for this project came true. I have a two-family home, each with 1140 sq.ft. living area and covered porches on a .32 acre lot with a nice backyard that's very spacious for a playground. The school site is strategically located as it is within walking distance to the center of town, right beside a big public elementary school, a few steps away from the local hospital, and just a little over a mile away from a retail giant and a shopping plaza. Support and services are found locally in town as Claremont is a primary economic center for the region. It has very good access to local parks and recreational areas (with baseball stadium, basketball courts, and public playground).
