So here's the story. Almost everyone knows of the Great Quake in 1906 San Francisco. Just after the quake there was a truly devastating fire that burnt down huge sections of the city.
The City, in it's rush to rebuild, carted off the trash, ignored common sense building codes, embarked on a publicity campaign and proceeded with the rebirth of San Francisco.
