One piece of Deux Gros Nez focaccia bread. Deux Gros Nez was Reno's best-loved coffee house for over twenty years until it was closed this past December.
As closing day approached, I started hoarding day-old focaccia bread in my freezer, anticipating future withdrawls from my daily staple. When the joint closed down, I shared by now-priceless bounty with my fellow baristas, and the reserve has dwindled down to three gleaming specimens of Deux Gros Nez goodness.
